We don't do small print.
So here it is in large print, in plain English. Each item takes under 20 seconds to read.
2. Free Move to Business
Up to 5 users. Requires an annual commitment to Microsoft 365 Business Standard or Business Premium bought through Solvida. Covers email, calendar, contacts and files up to 50 GB per user. Larger data volumes or extra systems are quoted first, with no surprises. If the annual commitment ends early by your choice, the normal migration fee of £95 per user applies.
3. Managed Licensing included
Applies while your Microsoft licences are billed through Solvida. If you move your licences elsewhere, Managed Licensing continues at the standard per-user rate unless you cancel with 30 days’ notice.
4. Health Check
Free for teams of 1 to 10 who switch billing to Solvida within 60 days of the report. For larger teams, the fee is credited against your first invoices after switching. One credit per organisation.
5. Switch guarantee
“Downtime” means your team cannot send or receive email for more than 4 working hours during a migration we carry out. “Same email address” applies where you own your domain name. Delays caused by your current supplier, your domain registrar or Microsoft are not covered.
6. Monthly vs annual
Annual plans cost less per month but are a 12-month commitment. Licences can be added at any time but usually cannot be reduced until the renewal date. Monthly plans cost about 20% more but can be reduced each month. Microsoft sets these rules, not Solvida.
7. Moving from another IT supplier
We request the transfer for you. Your current supplier has to approve it and does not have to agree. If they don't, we time your switch to your renewal date so you don't pay twice. Your users, email and files stay exactly where they are; only the invoice changes.
8. Moving from Microsoft direct
Monthly plans can usually switch straight away. Annual plans switch at their renewal date to avoid paying twice.
9. Charities
Charity pricing is set and approved by Microsoft. Eligibility is Microsoft's decision, not Solvida's.
10. Enterprise Agreements
These normally run for three years, so moving usually happens when your agreement ends. We can plan it in advance at no charge.
11. General
All Solvida prices exclude VAT. Microsoft licence prices are set by Microsoft and may change; we will tell you before any change affects your bill. Solvida is a Microsoft partner and does not act for Microsoft.
