What we do

Solvida supplies Microsoft 365, and other business software licences, to businesses across the UK. We are a Microsoft partner and supply licences through Microsoft's partner programme, via an authorised distributor. You pay Microsoft's UK prices, with a lower volume price for teams of 6 or more, and you get one invoice from a UK company.

Buy your Microsoft 365 through us and Managed Licensing is included. We review your licences and the accounts behind them every quarter, so a licence nobody uses is spotted and someone who has left isn't still signed in.

Licensing, and nothing else

We don't offer IT support or managed IT services. Our work is the licences themselves. We help each person onto the plan that suits the way they work, then time any change to your renewal date so you never pay twice. When a move or a change to your Microsoft set-up needs project work, we quote for it before anything starts.

Every recommendation is backed by evidence from your own Microsoft account, and nothing changes until you say yes. If your licences are already right, we'll tell you.

Who we work with

Small and micro businesses are at the heart of what we do, but there is no upper limit on size. Typical starting points are a team on Gmail or Google Workspace, a business that began on a Microsoft 365 Family or Personal plan, one that pays Microsoft directly by card, or one whose IT company handles its licences and would like a second opinion.
